En suite to bedroom 1 with large walk in shower, marble topped vanity unit and WC. Main bathroom (situated between bedrooms 2 and 3) with bath/shower over, marble topped vanity unit and WC.

Washing machine, dishwasher, hob with extractor over, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fan, iron, ironing board. Finished in stainless steel with granite worktops.

Living Rooms:
Large lounge/diner with 2 x 3 seater Leather Sofas to lounge, Flat Screen Wall Mounted TV, DVD Player, HI-FI with CD Player. Large 6-seater dining table with pool views

Large hallway with bookcase which has a selection of books.

Outside
Solar heated private pool (7m x 4m) all year round (free), electric heating available for winter months to help boost the temperature this extra heating is available for £50 per week. Outside shower, BBQ, sun beds and patio furniture. Private gardens. Private off road parking and lockable gate.


Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	Towels and linen included (except pool/beach towels and cot bedding). The towels are changed midweek, bedding weekly and a weekly full clean. Pool cleaned midweek. Comprehensive optional welcome pack (all essentials) £20.

Notes on accommodation	Notes on accommodation Solar heated pool. This villa will easily sleep 8 adults and one child (in cot). Highchair and cot available to hire at £25 per week for both. There are 3 steps onto the terrace, then it is all on one level. The villa, terraces and pool are thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. SKY Free to Air is available in the apartment and there is a local WiFi system is in the area and this can be used but there is a nominal charge ie. PAYG. (Pay as You GO). Remember the charges for roaming with your mobile phone are high this is a better alternative.
Accessibility Anyone with slight walking difficulties will be able to access villa. 3 steps from drive to villa, once up these steps everywhere is flat. Coast/Beach 8 minute walk to nearest beach (Playa Flamingo) to the bottom of the road, turn right, turn left (nearly straight over) follow the road go to the right of the Flamingo Apartment, down the hill, beach is on the right with extended walks along the sea front to the Marina Rubicon. 15 minutes walk to town centre. Golf There is 1 golf course in Costa Teguise which is about 45 mins away. There is also a new golf course in Puerto Del Carmen, about 30 mins drive. Special interest holidays There are some walks nearby. Scuba diving, sea fishing, jet skiing can be arranged in resort. Travel 25 minutes from the airport (35km). Car hire not necessary but recommended. Distances Playa Blanca Harbour with ferry to Fuerteventura is approx 15-20 min walk. The centre with a variety of shops and restaurants is about 25 min walk.
